15 DAY RETURN POLICY

You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 15 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. We recommend that you send returns via registered mail to 5164, Linnean Terrace NW, Washington, DC 20008.
Please note that when returning items on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold. Please understand that shipping fees cannot be refunded.

ORDERS

Wherever possible, we will attempt to consolidate multiple orders in one shipment and on one invoice.

Any additional orders placed on the same day will be consolidated.

PACKAGING

In our efforts to be “green”, we try to recycle and use gently used packaging materials as much as possible. Not as attractive as new packaging, but so much better for the environment!
